Twenty Seven is a private event venue in downtown Little Rock's River Market District, offering 3,300 square feet of stylish, flexible event space for up to 200 guests standing or 150 seated. $2500 for 5 hours.

On Fridays venue is available for rental for events ending no later than 9pm.

Any time required for decoration or vendor setup and breakdown (DJ, caterer, florist, etc) must be included in the total rental time.
* Security deposit is in addition to the rental fee and it is refundable after the event provided the times are fulfilled as stated in the contract, and no damage is done to the venue during the event

How much does it cost to rent Twenty Seven?
Saturday rentals are $2,500 for 5 hours ($300/additional hour). Friday, Sunday–Thursday rentals are $300/hour with a 3-hour minimum. A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. You're welcome to hire the caterer of your choice, and we can provide a list of popular caterers who've worked at our venue upon request.
Do you provide alcohol service?
Yes. Beverages must be purchased through the venue and served by our staff. We offer flexible options including cash bar, open bar, and drink tickets.
Where is Twenty Seven located, and is there parking?
Twenty Seven is located at 614 President Clinton Ave. in Little Rock's River Market District. Street parking is available, along with the River Market Parking Deck half a block away.
Does the venue include tables, chairs, and lighting?
Yes. Rental includes furniture, lighting, a projector with screen, and a sound system for background music and announcements. A DJ sound system is available as an add-on.
Is there free setup time before my event?
No — the venue is rented hourly regardless of activity, so any setup or breakdown time for you or your vendors needs to be included in your total booked hours.
